Frequently Asked Questions
Is Wi-Fi really that important?
It’s practically essential: most guests expect it to be at least as good as what they have at home. In fact, studies have found that a huge amount of people say they’d rather skip a property entirely if it doesn’t offer a decent connection.
I haven’t the foggiest how my current Wi-Fi is set up—should I worry?
It could be ticking along fine, but might not be optimised. Patchy coverage can annoy guests, but guests devices could be a huge security risk to you and your data. A quick check can iron out any hidden issues before they become a complaint.
I’m in a remote spot with no phone signal—am I out of luck?
Not necessarily: we can sort out satellite broadband or 4G/5G connections to bridge that gap. You’d be surprised how far a proper setup can reach, even in the furthest reaches of the countryside.
My holiday park is massive—can it all be covered?
Yes, as long as there’s mains power in the right places, we can extend Wi-Fi across a large area. Think outdoor antennas, point-to-point links, and reliable signal for every pitch.
What if I need ongoing help after the install?
We offer monthly support to keep everything ticking over. If anything needs sorting, just ring us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
